Ever since the service has been put on my phone it has been horrible. I can't send some text messages with pictures it takes longer to text it takes longer to answer the phone I can't do a 3 way call how much longer is this gonna last. I pay too much money for AT&T and have been a customer for too long that they should at least offer a discount for my pain and suffering. I take very good care of my phone and it's in pristine condition so it's not the phone it's this service. I may have to call the Better Business Bureau to see what can be done.These phones cost way too much money for them to be sabotaged at will.
