We understand how important it is to have fast internet, @jamepa2001.

We took a look at the coverage in your area using the information you provided. ZIP code 78254 has a tower that is currently down. Outage started 10/1/22 and will be restored 10/2/22. This can be a reason your S22 is running a bit slower than usual.

ZIP code 78255 looks great. Towers look good in the area. No known outage in that area.

You can try a few troubleshooting steps to see if this will help. Start by power cycling your device. Press and hold the Volume down and Side buttons, then select Power off > Power off. To turn the device back on, press and hold the Side button until the screen lights up.

If a power cycle does not resolve your concern, perform a device restart. Press and hold the Volume down and Side buttons, then select Restart > Restart.

You may also visit our Get help with dropped calls or network connectivity. You may sign in to run a real time diagnostics.

We hope this information helps. Please reach back out wtih any other quesitons you may have.
