4G Coverage

Curious about what happened in my area. We used to have excellent 4G LTE coverage. Then out of the blue, it was gone. Hundreds, maybe thousands of customers in my area having the same issue. There is a group on Facebook where this has been discussed. Granted we are a small community but our population more than triples in the summer. Used to be we had some issues in the summer because of all the people vacationing and using our network but now it's all year round. And with little options for hardwired internet, it's extremely frustrating to have to rely on shady LTE coverage. Some local zip codes here are 65020 and 65065. Can somebody please explain this.

Look again, there definitely was better 4G speeds south of Camdenton. Now
it's gone pretty dark. Did a tower go down and not come back up or what?
Maybe AT&T lost a contract on a tower? If so, are there plans to remediate
this problem?

Hello, @Momo1984,

We're not currently showing service issues in your area. If there was a brief disruption, your devices may not have properly reconnected with the signal. Power them down completely for thirty seconds before turning the devices back on.

Do you have the AT&T Mark the Spot app on your phone? You can use the app to directly report dropped calls and connectivity issues. It can also keep you up to date on local wireless infrastructure improvements.

Have a great week!

Nope. Not brief. A huge change in 4G speeds for over a year. Many folks in
my community will say the same. Not my device, I have multiple devices. Its
100 percent an issue with the network. Stop giving generic rhetorics and do
some actual digging or dont bother answering.
