0 signal in the building
I switched from Verizon to AT&T and got Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra few months ago. And its been the biggest mistake so far. My phone is not working at all inside of any building, i mean Costco, Mall, restaurants, you name it. I am not sure if its Sim card issue or phone issue but I Cant make a call or get on internet. Should I try new SIM card?

By the way, my wife and I swapped the phone when they arrived becasue they registered wrong color phone to other. Wife wanted white one and I wanted Red one, and when phones arrived, invoice showed my phone number was registered as white and wife's number was registered as red. I stopped by at AT&T and asked them and they said it's totally fine so we swapped the phone.

Hello @Shiva1980, We're happy to help with troubleshooting options to fix signal loss.
If you are experiencing service disruptions you may want to replace your SIM. A SIM card is a microchip that is inserted into a compatible device. It identifies and connects you to a wireless network.
Heads up: If you purchased a device and it came with a new SIM card installed, we suggest using that SIM card. You can then skip this step and check your device or SIM card activation instructions for more details.
In addition, It's easy to check our network coverage in your location:
We understand how important it is to have a good connection. We're here if you have any questions. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.
