Your request to unlock an AT&T device was not approved
I've been a gophone customer for over 3 years. I would like to unlock my iphone. But my request to unlock my iphone was denied. The email says "We can't complete your request at this time because the device hasn't had active paid service for at least six months." I've had the same gophone account / phone/ phone number for over 3 years! I purchased this phone from apple and brought it to the gophone service. How can I resolve this issue and unlock my iphone?
