Try completing the ID Scan here. Also, make sure to check the other folders in your email account such as Junk or Spam. It's possible the link could have been directed to either one of those folders.


It's also possible to visit your nearest AT&T Store to present your identification for verification. If you're trying to take advantage of an offer that is online only, not to worry, you can complete the order once you've verified yourself at the store.


What's more, you can learn what other forms of ID are acceptable by checking out the section "What type of ID can I use?" when you visit Learn more about ID verification:


For a mobile device image, we accept several official types of identification.

  • State driver's license or ID
  • U.S. passport
  • Matricula Consular card
  • Foreign passport

Make sure you take a picture of your ID with your device. You can't use stored images or photocopies. Important: You can't use a U.S. military ID for this scan.
