Where is my SIM card in-transit now?

Hi. I’ve been waiting several days for my SIM card; the latest it was supposed to arrive is Wednesday and today is Friday. I cannot get through to anyone at ATT and the system keeps hanging up on me. How can I track the status of my SIM card? Thank you.

Hello, @ ! Allow for us to provide you with information and ways on how you can Track Your Recent AT&T Order!

 

 

By accessing the link previously provided, it will take you to a step-by-step guide on checking your order's status through your myAT&T App. A few other alternative ways you can track your order include the following:

 

  • Receiving SMS Updates: DIAL " *6737# "(*ORDR#) on your phone's keypad and press the phone icon to send. Follow the options as listed.
  • Call our automated system : 877.782.8870 and follow the prompts 
    • If you are having trouble accessing your Order's Status, feel free to access our AT&T Order Management Portal. Using this link will require you to have two pieces of information:
      • Order Number
      • Shipping, Billing, or Store Area Code
