What are some of the requirements for a new att USA sim card?

• What are some of the requirements needed to make a successful activation?
  • You are not able to activate a SIM card outside the USA, you need to be in the USA to purchase a SIM card because AT&T does not ship outside the USA.

• What are some of the data requested when making an online activation?
  • You can activate in either US or Canada by going online and enter the ICCID/SIM number or the last 4 digits of the EID number.

Ashley is correct. 

AT&T services can only be purchased and activated inside the United States. 

You could not become an AT&T customer unless your intention is to live in the United States while you use service, pass a credit check, and you cannot roam outside of the country for at least 60 days depending on your credit score with AT&T.

AT&T prepaid does not require a credit check but it also does not roam in Africa at all. 

I have no idea what charges you think you're going to bypass by becoming an AT&T customer.

Sounds sketchy. Why would you go through the trouble? I'm sure there's better solutions

Now if there is a solution , just drop it for me on the table. I need a USA att SIM card to use it here in Africa in order to bypass some charges
