I am trying to activate a prepaid SIM card and after I enter my payment information and hit "submit" I got this error....
"We're working on our system right now. Give us some time and try again later. ERROR CODE: SSACT-523"
Can someone tell me what this error code means and how I can activate my SIM card?

We are here to help you activate your AT&T Prepaid SIM Card cometsfog!
Please review the step-by-step instructions to activate from your device. Before activating your AT&T Prepaid account from your device, make sure your device has been charged and that the AT&T Prepaid SIM card has been inserted (some devices may have the SIM card pre-installed).
You can also activate online with your ICCID/SIM number, IMEI number and service ZIP Code. Lastly, use our automated system by calling 877.426.0525 for automated instructions. You will need to know your SIM/eSIM ICCID & IMEI number for activation. EID is not supported at this time.

I am having same problem trying to activate a new pre-paid account. I have tried from the phone and on my laptop and get the same message everywhere I do the activation steps. Even tried through your link above.
