I am using AT&T PREPAID, $45 Monthly Plan. I want to "Make A Payment" and also to activate AutoPay. I tried on several different days using different browsers. I can specify my checking account and last four digits of my SS#, and then I get:
We are sorry, your transaction has been denied. Please check with your bank to determine the reason your transaction has been declined.
I do not think that this has anything to do with my bank, as evidenced by countless threads and posts describing this issue (just google for the error message), and also I cannot see how this can be possibly have anything to do with my bank as the message response is immediate. Please help. I want to Make A Payment and continue using AT&T PREPAID!
