Voice mail

My voice mail works fine, notifications are shown but when I listen to message and then try to find phone number for who had called , can't find it.

If you don't mind can you provide more details to your specific issue.

If I'm understanding correctly, you aren't able to view the contact number that left the voicemail when on the voicemail setting.

Are you not able to see the contact number in the missed calls log?
Have you tried resetting your voicemail box just to see if the issue corrected regarding the contact numbers leaving the voicemail?
Also, what make and model is the device?
