Voice Mail sign in

I had to buy a new Go Phone cell phone in January of 2022. I have an account with AT&T and my wireless is one of pay as you go account since we rarely use our wireless. I was admitted into the hospital with covid pneumonia and was in the hospital & rehab for over 2 months. I was unable to set up voice mail and now I don't know how to set up a voice mail voice mail to get my messages. Can someone help me please. I thank all in advance for any solutions who will offer their knowledge

Since it has been more than 60 days, it may have been removed from your account. Not to worry, we can re-provision it.

In the meantime, here are the detailed steps you should follow once it has been provisioned on the account: 

  • From your wireless phone, press and hold 1 or the Voicemail key.
  • Select your language preference.
  • Create a 7 to 15-digit password.
  • Select your preferred greeting.
  • Listen to the brief voicemail tutorial.

**If you hang up before the tutorial completes, it will play again the next time you check voicemail.
