Verifying my account with a credit card that I no longer have

I have been trying to pay my bill online and after I confirm how much, it says that I have changed my 4 digit pin recently so I have to verify my account. It's showing my old card but I need the ccv # and since I haven't had the card for a while I can't get past it to put my new card info in. How do I get through this to pay with my new card?

Hey there @ChuckieB, we'd be glad to help you with updating your payment method on your account. 


Be advised, we're unable to provide you with the CCV # for your previously stored credit card. However, we can provide you with detailed steps on how to update your payment method online:

  1. Go to myAT&T settings. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Scroll to Payments.
  3. Choose Stored payment methods, then select:
    • Edit to update a stored payment method. Enter your details and select Save changes.
    • Delete to remove a stored payment method. Select OK to confirm removal.
    • Add a new payment method and choose Add a bank account or Add a credit or debit card. Follow the prompts to finish up.
