Unable to setup autopay

Have been trying to setup an autopay for the past few days.

But the website throws the attached error.

Contacted the bank, and from their end its fine.

Thank you for reaching out to us here at the community forums!  I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having issues with setting autopay.

There are a few things which may prevent you from activating auto-pay.  The first being, the card has had multiple canceled payments, this would cause our system to automatically reject any transactions from the card.  The second thing may have happened is a simple site downtime.

I’d like you to wait a few days to attempt setting up auto-pay, or trying through the MyAT&T App found in your devices App store.

Outside of this, only your bank would know why the transaction is being declined.  I hope this info helps. If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach back out to us.

I have the same problem. I contacted my bank and the credit card company and they all told me that there is no problem on their side.

Does having a callingmart account prevent one from signing up for autopay?
