Unable to access website to make prepaid payment

Hello

For the past few months I have been making a payment for a prepaid cell phone. I do this on a monthly basis and it is not auto deduct. I manually make the payment.

I have been trying for the last few days to access the site to pay but get  the following message;

Does anyone know what is going on? I am logging in from Australia and it is a phone for my daughter. I have made several successful payments already.
Thanks

You can't login to AT&T prepaid from outside the USA. Access is purposely blocked. If you are going to be gone more than 60 days, without a payments on auto pay your account will be closed and number lost.

A possible workaround is to use a VPN connection to a US based network.

G'day mate, macca72! We would love to point you in the right direction to get this prepaid payment paid.

You did state that you are in Australia. The best way to get this taken care of is, to give our International Prepaid Team a call at +1-408-962-1025 and they will certainly be able to get that payment made. You can also chat with us by going to Prepaid Support and by scrolling down to the bottom, and clicking on the chat option.

If you have any other questions, we would love to assist.

Thank you for using the AT&T Community Forums.

Thanks for all responses

I figured it might be to do with me being in Australia, but it doesn't explain why I could previously log in from Australia and make payments?

I'll look into VPN anyway.
