Turn off autopay

Hello,

I cant get into my account. I tried to call you, I tried to contact you via Instagram and Facebook as well as I called one of your stores. I am back in Germany and seem to have no chance to turn it off, that's why I paid for one more month, without using the sim card. Can you please try to turn off autopay for the following phonenumber[EDITED per Community Guidelines]. You can contact me on my email: [email scrubbed]. Thank you for your help.

This forum is not customer support. No one here can turn off autopay. If you can’t access your account, your only options to stop autopay are to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If you call, call the international support number but be aware hold times are excessive. You should probably just cancel your card and get a new one issued.

Our wait times are long, unfortunately. To make changes while overseas, you will have to contact our international team @ 314.925.6925.

Just a heads up, if you cancel, you will lose your number.
