Transfer Pin Number to other phone carrier

Hi! I am having trouble requesting transfer pin number. Currently I am using AT&T prepaid and now would like to change to Cricket and want to keep my current number.

I have tried calling 611 operator but its very inconvenient since I only have to talk with auto-answering machine. Also tried via app and online but not ok. Can someone from AT&T call me and help me get my transfer number directly? Thanks.

Hello Thantthitsar, we'll be happy to inform you about your account pin.

A passcode is like a numerical PIN, and you use it for a specific account. It's usually four digits. You can use a passcode to add an extra layer of security to a wireless account.

This four-digit AT&T passcode is required to complete your AT&T installation, perform personal account functions by phone, or contact Technical Support by phone. You may have created your four-digit passcode when you ordered AT&T service, or you may have created it later. Both the Primary ID Member and Sub Account Members may have four-digit passcodes.

We hope this information helps! Thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums. Please feel free to reach back out with any other questions or concerns.

A transfer pin is for postpaid service only, not prepaid. Prepaid should use your account pin.

Thank you. Is account pin 4 digits, which used to log into the account?
