Hi,

Trying to activate a Prepaid card. Getting a msg that 2G phone is not supported.

Running a Samsung A53 5g device.

Any idea to resolve this?

@BenBenBenBen  Check the IMEI number on the phone. If it is compatible, which it should be, then contact Support and see if they can fix it. Seems to be a problem on AT&T's end with certain phones.

Emei number is fine.

Only problem is I need a working simcard (connection) to contact support.

Is there any way to send a email or WhatsApp to support?

Working offshore at the moment, wifi is present but that's it
