Spotty service in Texas

For at least 2 months now the service has been very hit or miss. This past week thou has been nothing short of ridiculous. I either can't call out bcuz I don't have enough data and I'm on the unlimited plan, or I can get on FB and Messenger but can do nothing else and sites take forever to load. Are effected customers like myself going to be credited for any of the down time and how long before this stops? I'm ready after 2+ years to change carriers so I can have a working cell phone.
