SOS only no network

Just a couple hours ago I noticed my phone had no network connection and says SOS only. Tried restarting my phone, updating system, and resetting network settings. Nothing has worked. Tried to connect with atnt but there’s no way of getting in touch but through this forum. Please help

Hi @Nami, we'd be happy to help you get registered on the network.

 

Try resetting your network settings to refresh your connection to the network.

 

Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon > scroll to and select General management > select Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings > select Reset to confirm.

Make sure your device is updated. Updates are important. Not only can they improve device performance, but can fix possible issues as well. Check to see if your device has the latest firmware update
