SIM card won't activate - stuck at no service


I'm shifting from Mint to AT&T and ported my number. I went to the activation site for my prepaid card and entered all the details and it showed me that my SIM card has been activated. My Mint mobile plan has expired so I can't make any calls using that and the AT&T sim card doesn't work, what can I do here? (Tried setting up a new password at att.com/myprepaid but it just gives me an error saying that "The information provided is not valid. Please try again.")

I checked the phone number on the activation page and it's the same (my original Mint number)

The number port likely has not completed. You need to contact customer support. I don’t know the number but you need to call the port activation center. I know that number has been posted before, try doing a search.
