Sim card unknown number
I just started using at&t prepaid on my unlocked Samsung s20 5G. In settings its showing unknown number and you mail app says sim card is not inserted. My service and everything works other than that.

Hey there @DMDart83!
Since your other services (cellular and text messages) appear to be functioning properly a new SIM card is not likely, though not out of the realm of possibility.
One reason you may be viewing a different number under Settings is if service with your previous provider was inactive prior to bringing your device over to AT&T. Generally, a transfer of service provider requires active service on the device.
There's also the possibility that the number belonged to an eSIM which is fully capable on the Samsung Galaxy S20 5g, but, currently, not supported on AT&T Samsung phones. Here are the only devices supporting eSIM.
As it relates to Wi-Fi Calling on your Samsung Galaxy S20, make sure that you have an eligible AT&T PREPAID plan as Pay Per Use/Minute Plans do not include Wi-Fi calling. Additionally, it won't help to check Settings then Connections for a switch to enable Wi-Fi Calling.
