Service unavailable

I have tried to call several different numbers but am seeing "Service unavailable" each time I try.  I have not received any calls for the last 24 hours. My account is in good standing.  What is the problem?

Sorry, that’s not enough information for anyone here to tell you what’s wrong. Do you see ATT on your display? If you aren’t getting service at all, that probably means an outage. Are other ATT customers getting service? Have you tried power cycling the phone? What exactly do you mean by “account in good standing”? Good standing or not, if your plan expired, you can’t call.
