Restricted calls (phone numbers)

We understand the importance of staying connected with your loved ones, @Cdonlive. Let's work together to figure out why calls from the county jail are being blocked by your device. 

Please answer the following questions to give us a little more insight on what you're experiencing:

• Are you able to receive calls from other restricted numbers? This will let us know if the problem is with that specific number or your device
• What's the make and model of your device? You may need to check to make sure there isn't a setting enabled that automatically blocks unknown callers. Device Support has how-to tutorials tailored for your device.
• Are you using a mobile security application of any kind? Depending on the application, there may be a setting enabled that's preventing you from receiving the call. If you use AT&T Active Armor, see how to set your call protection preferences.
