renew current plan w/o costumer service!

ive tried to change my plan way you suggested but it dont offer that option to pick the same plan ! so now what can I try?

That must mean whatever plan you have is no longer offered. You must be trying to force your plan to renew early, that’s the only reason for doing a plan change and select the same plan I know of. If that’s the case, unfortunately your only option is to wait for your plan to renew normally if you want to keep that plan.
