Rate plan expired even after refill?
So this is what I had on the account a couple of mins ago:
Rate plan: | $25 Monthly Plan (Expired) |
Rate plan expiration: | Wednesday, August 20, 2014 |
Refill needed to renew plan: | $15.75 USD |
Account balance: | $9.25 USD |
Account balance expiration: | Sunday, October 19, 2014 |
After adding $16 to my account, this is what I got:
Rate plan: | $25 Monthly Plan (Expired) |
Rate plan expiration: | Wednesday, August 20, 2014 |
Refill needed to renew plan: | $24.75 USD |
Account balance: | $0.25 USD |
Account balance expiration: | Sunday, October 19, 2014 |
It seems as if ATT just "ate" my money and now I am without $25 AND without a monthly plan. Any advices? Why did this happen, when my account balance was active in the first place?

I'm having a similar issue, but on a $2 a day plan. I added $25 and my balance still says $0. I cant use my phone!

There might have been a delay between your refill and the rate plan activation. Did it activate for you?
