If you're a prepaid customer you log into the paygo online website with your 10-digit phone number. If you don't remember your password you click on forgot password and it will still send you a text message

If your prepaid plan expired, you should still be able to receive the temporary password text.

• Go to the AT&T PREPAID sign-in page. 
• Select forgot password.
• Enter your wireless number and choose request online password or request 4- digit pin.
• Select send pin temporary password. We'll send a text with a temporary password.
• Enter the temporary info and select continue
• Follow theI prompts to create a new online password or four digit pin.
