Keep getting ERROR when changing password.  Password is long enough and has characters and numbers required, but keep getting same error.

Let us help you to access the AT&T PREPAID center, @TSKIMM! There a couple of steps you can take to try to resolve your experience.


When signing on using a web browser, make sure to clear your browser's cache and history or use another browser entirely. When using the app, try resolving your experience by clearing your app cache and data.


For instructions on how to clear your app data, use our Device Support Center. Once you have selected your device's make and model, choose System followed by Available Storage. Follow the instructions to learn how to check available device storage, free up memory, remove unused apps, or clear app data.


Also, if you want to view your AT&T PREPAID data, talk, messaging usage details, package charges, and payments, visit Check your AT&T PREPAID usage.


Check out the section Get your AT&T PREPAID balances by text:


Dial *777# from your AT&T PREPAID phone to get a text message with your balances. The text will give you your account balance and other account details like your data balance and package info.
