Prepaid to postpaid conversion from India
I have an at&t prepaid connection, and I'm in India currently. I would like to change my prepaid plan to postpaid to enable international roaming and avoid service disconnection. Can I do that while in India?

Can't be done.
It is a migration which has to be done in an AT&T store. AT&T will not ship a postpaid SIM card to India. Even if they did there is a 60-day waiting period Before you are allowed to roam internationally on postpaid account.
