Prepaid Refill Not Happening!!
I have a prepaid connection and my account balance is $85.00. Yet I am unable to use my phone as it doesn't refill the account. It just says the account will renew on Sept 4 but as of now I am unable to call or receive calls or texts or use data. Please help.
