Prepaid port confirmed but sim not active
I am porting a number from Credo (which uses Verizon). It has been almost two weeks since I received my ATT prepaid SIM but my account does not show as active. It tells me my SIM card is active with the ported number but then when I press Continue it says the information provided is not valid. Called ATT and the person at the activation line told me to call the port line. The port phone tree said this is a Prepaid number and then transferred me back to the activation line. The person in the ATT store said he couldn't help because I bought it online. I really just want a working phone.
