Prepaid plan doesn't refill every 30 days

I've set my refill to occur every 30 days, but every month it occurs every 31 to 32 days. So every month I am without service for 1 or 2 days. Even cancelling the service and restarting doesn't help- I'm trapped in a 32 day loop! What gives?

Thanks for your post @banana342354.  Please click Set up, manage, or cancel Auto Refill and auto renewal for GoPhone to be sure your auto refill is setup correctly. 

 

You can also click here to send a private message to receive some assistance.  In the private message, please include your name, email address, contact number and account number.  Upon receipt of your message you will hear directly from a manager within 48 hours to help you resolve this issue.
