Prepaid order form will not accept my Address line 2

I am travelling and will be staying at YAKIMA RV PARK 1610 N 1st St. Yakima, WA 98901. When I enter that address I get an error reading:

Please fix the following errors:

Address line 2: Your unit information is missing. (Ex: APT 3A, UNIT 400)

I have tried entering the site number as Site 110, Unit 110, even tried Apt 110. I have used all capitals, I have added a # symbol and tried just 110.

What is the form looking for so that I can place my order?

We are here to help you with your Prepaid order form aknight731!

Please edit your personal info as this is a public forum. To clarify, did you mean 'SUITE?' If yes, check your spelling and try again. You can also enter the suite/apartment number by itself example ''100'' without the ''SUITE/APT''.

Let us know if this works out for you! Thank you for posting on the AT&T Community Forums!

I did try entering "110" by itself, I got the same error.

I'm pretty sure your Lot number at the RV park is not being recognized as a valid address. Try addressing to the main RV Park address

Thanks, I did try that also by leaving the address 2 line blank, same error.

Thanks for your replies, @aknight731.

At this time, we'd advise for you to visit our nearest retail location to set up your new AT&T prepaid services.

We hope this helps and feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions!

Thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.

Lynn, thanks for that. I did try visiting a store but I am wanting your Prepaid 16GB for $300/year plan and it is only available online according to the store I visited.

Thank you for providing that information, @aknight731.

You may want to just double-check with the RV Park to confirm that the mailing address and spot numbers are exactly how they provide it for mail and delivery services. I would also let them know the situation and see if they have any advice on how they list their specific units for mailing addresses. They may have had others run into the same situation when trying to register for services.

Cleared browser cache, even tried a different browser and a different computer. Same error.

Checked with the park, they had no suggestions.

Checked with USPS, UPS and FedEx and all 3 like the address.

Buying a new service should not be this hard!

Can I buy a SIM at an AT&T store and use that SIM to get the aa16GB, $300/year plan?
