Prepaid Issues

Hello, my name is Felishka Ramirez.

I recently purchased a virtual prepaid minutes card for $20 online. I didn’t receive any confirmation pin or any confirmation email, but the $20 was taken out of my bank account. I’m currently in Japan due to my husbands military orders, so I’m having issues connecting with a representative or every time I call into customer care everyone seems confused and is unable to help me with my issue.

I would really just like the confirmation pin or whatever I need to activate my prepaid minutes through a pay phone, or if that’s not possible a refund. Thanks
