Prepaid device unlock after 6 months

Hi,

I'm submitting a request to unlock my iPhone6 after 6 months, every it responds "Your device hasn't been active for 6 months.". The device has been active for 6 months, there are no reason provided why the request being rejected everytime.

I got iPhone 6 on 3/26 & got it activated in at&t store. I had to travel outside the country for a month, Would like to know the actual criteria to activate my phone. I have waited untill completion of 6 months, but the unlock request id being rejected.

Did you have continuous prepaid service for the 6 months? If you let your service expire while you traveled, I believe the 6 month clock restarted.

It must be 6 continuous paid months of service.

Hi, Thanks for responding.

I have switched my plan to 25cents/call while moving out & have been maintaining the active balance till date. The connection & number is still active when checked in the website.
