Prepaid: autopay doesn't account for $1 "911" charge:

PREPAID with autopay

autopay takes $40 plus $2.50tax from my account a day or 2 before it's due. Correct.

You charge me $1 on the first of every month for a "911" call I apparently made. Cool. I am okay with that.

However, on the day it's due, my bill shows $43.50 and autopay only takes $42,50, so 

YOU CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND I LOSE MY ROLLOVER.

Every month I have to call and spend an hour on the phone and try to explain this, though no one really understands.
