Prepaid account not able to verify my status

I need to provide phone number for IRS for verifying my identity, however I got a message like this:

I have contacted prepaid account team, they confirm that my phone number is belong to me. Is there any way I can do further?

Hello @mike1229

Most prepaid accounts do not have a full profile which includes your name and personal address.

Are you able to login to your account to verify if that information is there?

If you have never added your personal information to your prepaid account then you can contact the prepaid team to add all the appropriate personal information.

I have added my name, address and email in my prepaid account. But the IRS still not able to verify my status from you. By the way, I am the new user of ATT

Thank you for the information. If after calling prepaid through 611 on the device to verify information on the account and you're still having issues, you'll need to call the IRS for further assistance.
