Port out Timeframe

Yesterday I put in a request to port my number from AT&T to SafeLink Wireless. I'm currently still using my AT&T SIM. How long does it take to transfer? I would like to know if something is wrong, or if this is normal..

You need to ask Safelink, they handle the port.

I can't figure out how to speak with someone at SafeLink. I call and it says, "We can see you have an active number transfer in progress. Good bye." Then hangs up on me everytime. No other options to speak with someone

Sorry, but porting is all on the destination carrier. 

If you need to keep your number active, you can use bridgepay for an extra week
