phone not working

I bought a new prepaid phone, activated it, got a new phone number and PIN but the phone does not work

What exactly do you mean by “does not work”? Have you selected and paid for a plan?

  • Are you receiving any error messages related to your SIM and the network?
  • What type of device are you using?
