Payment not posted to account

Hello @ATTCares,

On March 8, I tried to pay into my prepaid account four times. Each time, I got an error message from the website saying the payment could not be completed. Finally, I contacted my credit card company (as the error message requested), and they said the first two charges had gone through but not the last two. I intended ONE charge to go through so that I could use my phone starting March 8. My credit card company told me to contact ATT to fix it.
I have tried to log on to my account several times since early on March 8, and most attempts ended in an error message that said I should "try again later." When I finally got on the morning of March 9, my account was still at $0. However, ATT has charged my credit card 2 x $115+. So why hasn't any money posted to my account?
And why isn't there any way to contact ATT for customer service on prepaid charge errors?
