payment arrangement

Hi. I am so sorry that I didn't pay the money on due date. because I lost my money and I can't contanct the internet to check the bill do the late payment. I have to use the phone to work. Can the company open my account? May I do the payment on next Wed. ? I will go to bank and get my money in this days.

If you're unable to access your online account via desktop you can always make a late payment arrangement with your smartphone.

You need to be logged in to your myAT&T account using the myAT&T app or from our mobile site to complete these steps.

Make a late payment arrangement
Follow these steps for each AT&T bill you want to pay late:

Tap the menu button
Tap Billing & payments then the Make a payment button.
Complete the payment form.
- Choose a Payment Date. Note that the calendar makes dates available based on your eligibility.
- Select a Payment Method. Note that if you select Other, you're committing to paying online, at a payment location, or by phone, on or before the date you selected.
Select Continue, review the Terms and Conditions, and then select Submit.
