Outside US without access to my AT&T account but need to pay bills and retain number

Hello,

I am currently outside the US and unable to access MY AT&T account online. I want to retain my number and pay all the due bills.

I tried calling multiple times with another US number to +1.314.925.6925, however, I was never able to talk to a representative.

Please help me pay my at&t bills and ensure my number remains active.

This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account. Calling is your only option unless you know someone in the US that can access your account for you. Perhaps try the prepaid international support number.

In case anyone else is also facing the same problem- for a prepaid cell you need to pay your bill once every four months to ensure the number is reserved and can be re-activated by paying the bill again. Thank you for your help! was finally able to get through to the customer service and resolve this issue.

It's not necessarily every 4 months. It all depends on when your balance expires. You have 60 days after your balance expires before your account is closed.
