Out of hot spot data - Need to pay but can access my account
My hotspot is out of data. Trying to gain access to my account to make payment, but it’s forcing me to receive messages to the hotspot number which is not accessible. Please advise

Sorry, I still need help with this. Can someone please advise? Calling in to the number does not offer any assistance without being able to receive the codes that are sent over to me. Since I do not have a phone, simply a wifi hotspot, I am not able to receive the codes.

Hello, @Thinc801. We regret to hear that you are still having trouble accessing your account to make a payment, in order to renew your hot spot data.
In the meantime, to make a payment try using Fast Pay! It doesn't require you to sign in to your account to pay your bill!
To regain access to your account, if it is convenient you may need to drop in to one of our stores for assistance in verfication.
