OS

I spoke to AT&T few days back explained an unusual download out of the blue was not alerted as usual could not stop download so shut off phone next morning powers on phone took awhile finally found out OS operating system. Have been tracking through common sense have tried to explain to AT&T prepaid as well as AT&T that the device has been compromised by another party. Everyone just blow it off and trys to convince me you cannot hack AT&T I beg to differ

Sounds like a normal security upgrade to me.

It's true most request permission.  If you dismiss it twice the third time it is forced, no permission is asked. Sometimes a security patch is also forced.

People seem to think hacking is something magical that you can do without physical access to the device oh, and that's not true. Someone has to either physically have a hold of your device to hack it or be in close proximity.

And why?   There has to be a reason for someone to go to the trouble to hack your device.
