Order status/ cancellation

I ordered multi month prepaid plan with sims card transfer of old number. On july 24th. I accidentally put the wrong email in. I tried calling about the email issues on the 25th. I got the run around. Was transferred to many different departments. I then waited until the 28th too see that would happen because that day ( the 28th) was the date that i was due for delivery. NO delivery. On july 30th my status changed again to( we will email or text you when your order is ready) How? My email is wrong and the number you have to text is too be transferred. Smh. I want too just cancel and start over. And when I went online to do JUST THAT. it wouldn't let me, I had to confirm my identity via EMAIL.... please help.
