No Signal/ No Mobile Data

This morning I woke with my phone telling me I have "no network connection". I have been all over town trying to find signal in a city I always have service in. I pay my bill. Why is my phone not working?.

We'll need some more details in order for us to better assist you:

  • What is the zip code for the area where you're experiencing this issue?
  • What is the make and model of the cell phone that you're using?
  • Also, are you only unable to use mobile data on your cell phone, or are you also unable to send/receive text messages and make/receive phone calls?
