"No Service" on iphone after inserting ATT prepaid SIM in another phone.

Hi,  I just got the "no service" message on my iphone 6, after I inserted its ATT prepaid SIM into another phone (Samsung S10+).   I can't seem to make it work anymore.   Before doing this, it used to get on the ATT network and worked just fine.  I have a 35 dollar balance left in my account, what can I do?

Hi @alex_74,

Thanks for reaching out! Allow us to assist.

If your phone is displaying "No Service" when inserting a SIM card, try rebooting the device first. If you are still receiving the No Service error message after this, then it's likely the SIM isn't fully activated. Since you received the error directly after inserting the SIM, things should clear up with a simple reboot of the phone.

If that doesn't work, please let us know. Thank you!

If the other phone was not compatible with AT&T, or Blacklist is lost or stolen, your sim card may be suspended. The only way to reactivate your sim card is to contact AT&T
