New GoPhone not activating, SIM not Provisioned
I just purchased a new gophone online with my previous phone number ported to it. It all went smoothly and I recieved it fairly quickly. When I followed the included instructions to activate the phone, it still is not active. Under phone settings I can view my phone number on my phone and it is the correct number that was ported to the SIM. When I try to use the phone it gives the error message "Sim Card not provisioned MM#2". When I try to login online I get: "The wireless number you entered is not associated with a valid GoPhone subscriber". I have a refill card I purchased with it but I have no way of loading it since it appears my account/SIM is not fully active.
I don't see any reason for this happening, and it is very dissapointing to not be able to use my new phone with 10c/minute plan when it arrived. I don't have a working phone since my old one broke (with the previous service still active of course). I'm hoping someone could please help me get this resolved so I can start using your service.

Sorry to head about the issues! Customer Care can definitely help you out with this! You can them by dialing 800-331-0500 from a landline or you can also do this at a corporate store. 🙂 best of luck!!
