Need to cancel autopay plan on ATnT Mobile prepaid but not able to sign into account

Hi Team,

I want to cancel the ATnT Prepaid plan on my phone (Edited to remove personal information) worth $55 (includes $40 US calling plan + $15 South Asia Add on plan) as i am unable to travel to the States due to the COVID-19 situation. I am not able to log into my Atnt account online as i currently don't have the US sim card with me to receive the 'forgot password' 4 digit code notification. Please help me cancel the autopay plan. My billing zip code is 02116.

Prepaid does not roam out of the United States. The only number that is available to you is in the contact us Link at the bottom of the webpage. Use the prepaid number for travelers. You may not be able to get through or hold times may be very long. If you want to cut off refills, it is easier just to cancel the card that is being used to pay for the refills.

I tried it, it takes me to the reset password page which sends the 4 digit code as text message and since i don't have the sim card with me, i can't receive the code to reset the password. Can i reset password through email?

Yes, you may use your email if your email is already verified and set for password recovery. If there's not an option to receive the temporary password thru your email address, your email isn't verified for password reset yet. Please call AT&T Prepaid Customer Service via 800-901-9878. International calling rates may apply.

Prepaid cannot chat.
PIN resets are ONLY sent by text. Never email.
The OP cannot call 800 numbers from outside USA.

The OP has no service because prepaid does not roam.
