MyAT&T iOS app no longer gives access to PayGo Online account?
The iOS "MyAT&T" app has changed a lot in recent months, and I can no longer find a way to view my AT&T Prepaid cell phone account within the app. Is it gone from the app? Or if it is still there, can someone tell me where to find it? I'm using app version 7.2.1.

The MyATT app was never intended for prepaid. Accessing a prepaid account using the app just takes you to the same web page as when you use your browser. If you can’t get the app to work, just use your browser. Functionally, there is no difference.

Yup. In the past if you went through my Att it would redirect you to the website. Now it just tells you the number doesn’t exist.

Yeah, I realize that the old app just took me into a browser and was "clunky," but I seem to remember there were at least some words or some labeling in the old app indicating that I could use it as a way to view my prepaid account. With the current version of the app, I can't even find the slightest reference to the existence of AT&T prepaid service (which seems a bit odd, that an app named "My AT&T" doesn't provide access to one of their services).
